Guaro Cacique is a locally-made distilled liquor. It's made from fermented sugar cane, and contains around 30% alcohol by volume.
Cacique is a brand owned by the State, and produced at FANAL (the national alcohol refinery). It's made from pure distilled alcohol, and is not aged, giving it a clear appearance and a neutral taste.
Cacique is available in small vials (365 ml), medium vials (750 ml) and 1 liter bottles. It can be consumed straight up, mixed with cola, or mixed with sugar and lemon (this last one is what's known as "Guaro Sour").
